Welcome to the family!

Welcome! We are so excited to start working with you! We're big on setting expectations and communicating with you about what is happening with your project. Below are the steps you'll walk through with us on this journey. If you ever have questions, you can hit up the chat button on this page, connect with your project manager, or call the office at anytime - 360.738.8188.

Step 1: Complete the MSA

The master service agreement (MSA) covers all kinds of questions that you may have when working with us. From hosting information to what happens if there is a project delay, the MSA covers it all. We ask that you please review and sign the MSA. Once this has been completed, you’ll receive an email with information on Step 2.

Step 2: Intake Form

The intake form is an opportunity for you to tell us more about what makes your company special and how you want to be viewed in the marketplace. We will collect brand guidelines, explore competitor information, establish goals, review unique selling propositions, and gather information about your likes/dislikes.

Step 3: Prototype

Once we have a completed MSA and intake form, your project manager will review and schedule your project. This will start with a design prototype to make sure we are on the same page on how the pages should layout. Once we have an approved prototype, we will need to collect/gather the content that will appear on your website pages. If you have opted for our copywriting service, we will begin the process now.

Step 4: Develop

We will convert the prototype into a website that is viewable to those who have a link. There will be multiple check points during development to make sure we are hitting the marketing goals established in the intake form. During development, it may become apparent that we need more content and/or images from you. Your project manager will work with you in Asana (our project management system) to establish needs and timelines.

Step 5: Review

Once all the content has been placed, we will enter a final review phase. The review phase is your opportunity to ask for any revisions to the site prior to going live. The review phase concludes when you approve the requested revisions, and the final payment is received.

Step 6: Publish

Upon completion of all requested changes from the review phase, we will publish the site to a live domain name. It can take up to 24 hours for the site to propagate across the web. Please keep this in mind if you have a specific launch date in mind.

Step 7: Promote

If you have retained us for marketing services, these will typically commence when the new site is published. If we are not performing marketing services on your behalf, now is your time to shine and show off your new site with:

  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Social Media Posts
  • Paid Ads
  • Email Marketing
