How to add someone to your trusted senders list

If you host email with us, you can login to your webmail account and add a user name or domain name to your trusted senders list. Adding someone to this list means that email coming from that user or domain will reach your inbox even if the content would have otherwise been marked as spam or sent to your server junk mail folder (learn how to check your server junk mail in this video).

Watch this short video to learn how to add a user to your trusted senders list on Smartermail.

00:00:00 - In this video I'm going to show you how to add a domain or an email address to your trusted sender list this will make sure that the email coming from this email address or the domain will be delivered into your inbox so the first thing you want to do is go to Safe secure webmail.com and log in with your username and password then from the leth hand side you're going to go down to settings click on settings and then scroll down just a little bit and you'll see trusted senders we're going to click

00:00:31 - On that and this will show me right now it shows me that I don't currently have any trusted senders so I'm going to click on new and I'm going to say I need to get all emails for example coming from the domain online voting solution.com by entering it in this way I'm saying that any email address coming from that domain should be delivered into my inbox alternatively I can make it just one one individual email address so if I wanted to only get emails from Bob atonline votings solution.com I could enter in a specific email address

00:01:05 - Instead of the domain and then once I've got it there I simply click save and now any emails coming from this domain name or this email address whatever you have entered in there will be delivered into your inbox.
