How to check your junk folder
This video will only help you check your junk folder if you use Smartermail as your email client. If you use Gmail, Yahoo!, MS365 or other email host, this will not be helpful for you.
Email that meets a certain criteria can be sent directly to your junk folder instead of going to your inbox. If you download your email to an email client like Outlook, for example, you will want to check your server junk mail folder every so often.
I check mine on Friday’s just to make sure there isn’t an email that landed in there by accident. To check your server junk folder, follow the instructions in the video below.

00:00:00 - To check your junk mail on the email server you're going to first go to www.safe secure webmail.com and then you'll see a screen like what I have showing on my screen right now you're going to want to enter in your email address and your password and then click log in once you're logged in you'll see information from your inbox um kind of in the middle of the screen there and then on the left hand side you're going to see junk email and then if there's a number next to it that indicates that there is actually some email in that
00:00:33 - Folder and if you click on it you'll see that actually this is not a junk message I wanted that actually to go to my inbox so we will move that from junk and we're going to mark it as not spam and that will move it to my inbox and then I you can see I no longer have any junk email now if there was a lot of messages in here I do recommend that you clean it out occasionally so go through there and see if there are some that weren't supposed to be marked as junk and maybe they were and you can do exactly what I
00:01:00 - Just did but if there had been a bunch of emails in here that were actually junk you can check them all and then from actions you can choose to either mark them as spam or then you can just delete them completely and get them out of the junk mail and that way every time you check the the server junk mail like what we're doing here you can see only if there's new messages in there so you won't be uh seeing a bunch of old junk emails we recommend you do this at least once a week just to make sure there's no
