  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Monthly retainers or ongoing service fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
 All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All custom work created by ProFusion Web Solutions (such as websites, graphics, written content, and code) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
 Once paid in full, you will own the rights to the final deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

5. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools (such as plugins, analytics, email services, or hosting platforms). Some of these tools are licensed to us for use on our hosting plans. If we incorporate these tools on client’s sites, we absorb the cost of these tools. If the website is subsequently moved to a different hosting provider, the client is responsible for purchasing new licenses for these tools. We are not responsible for any issues, costs, or liabilities that arise from third-party tools or services.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text (SMS) communications, you agree to receive messages from Net Solutions North America, LLC, the parent company of ProFusion Web Solutions.
